(Private) Unstable hillside posing rockfall hazard above Pacific Heights Road. Cleared and scaled hillside of vegetation and loose rocks. Installed fiber-reinforced shotcrete (6″ min thickness) with soil nails, welded wire mesh, drainboard, and weepholes. Shotcrete was stained after installation. 1400 sq/ft of anchored wire mesh system. Rock bolts to secure 2 large threatening boulders. Installed shotcrete pedestal in voided area under house foundation, with rebar cage and welded wire mesh attached to 10′ deep grouted rock bolts. Hyrdoseeded hillside.
